The goods will not be delivered until the customer's funds that have been paid to Plumbing Material Suppliers have cleared in full.

All prices shown are including VAT unless otherwise stated. In the event of a pricing error Plumbing Material Suppliers will not be bound to honour any errors made.

Delivery and returns policy
To keep the cost to you as low as possible, deliveries in the UK will be via DHL. This means that the parcel may require a signature on receipt. If you are out when it is delivered, you may be left a card asking you to collect the parcel from your local sorting office. This is likely to be much closer than the nearest depot of a national carrier.
Postage costs are calculated automatically and are added at the check out. The amount is dependant upon the weight of the goods and the type of postage you select.
You have the right to cancel any order that you have placed with us for any reason whatsoever until 7 working days after the date on which the product has been delivered to you provided you have not used the product or, in the case of software, audio or visual products, have not unsealed its packaging. Refunds will be made, in full, within 30 days of cancellation. Distance selling regulations allow us to request that consumers return any unwanted goods at their own cost. If they do not do so, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods.

Your products will be suitably packaged before being mailed out. We will thoroughly investigate your query and ensure that you are refunded or credited with any money owing to you. A 30 day exchange guarantee is given on all items that are faulty.

Goods returned that are not faulty but simply deemed unsuitable or incorrect must be new, unused and in their original packaging to warrant a refund. This can be organised through the phone number or e-mail as detailed above.
When your order has been completed, we endeavour to ship your order out within 3 working days. In most cases your orders will arrive within 7-10 days of making a purchase, however you should allow up to 28 days. If you wish to cancel an order or return or exchange any item purchased from this website you should contact our Customer Services Team.
